Snack time with Chef Park’s Chikin Sliders

After bouts of binge-watching Korean dramas, don’t you sometimes wish you can also get a taste of the Korean Chicken that your K-drama idols are wolfing down between gulps of soju or beer?

In case you’re curious, these small burgers were given the moniker of sliders in the 1940s because of their greasiness and smaller size (“in just one or two bites, the burger will slide right down”).

Well, I’m happy to discover that Chef Park’s newest menu item is totally in keeping with its promise of being 100% addicting. For just Php375, you get four sliders consisting of crunchy and flavorful Korean chicken sandwiched in soft Korean buns along with a side of sweet potato chips.

You also get to mix and match among four delicious flavors:

• Spicy and tangy Yangnyum with Kimchi
• Savory Cheesy Bacon
• Buttery and garlicky Garlic Parmesan
• Spicy Jalapeno

These sliders are perfect for my family’s snacktime! There’s a flavor that will appeal to every one in the fam.
