Tomas Bistro is a home-grown restaurant founded by balikbayan chef James Basalo who leveraged his extensive experience in gourmet cuisine and fine dining to whip up comfort food for local folks to enjoy.

Harry’s Special (Php165 Junior | Php295 solo | Php595 grupo). Al dente linguini tossed in a creamy jalapeno sauce along with chicken bits and mushrooms and topped with spring onions, garlic and parmesan cheese. Tasty and quite filling!
Tomas Supreme (Php240 solo | Php460 grupo). Artisanal flatbread pizza covered with homemade marinara sauce and topped with bacon, sausage, pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, peppers and olives then accented with a chunky salsa.
