I initially discovered the charms of this vibrant and sophisticated spot when it served as the venue for after-party of Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria’s Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony last December. Together with my fellow content creators, I made merry with bar’s chill vibes, as well as the plethora of appetizing finger-food and free-flowing cocktails served.
I thought then that I definitely wouldn’t mind hanging out here again.
Luckily, I had my chance when my foodie friends and I began our #AWeekendThatNeverEnds staycation at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria and Crowne Plaza Galleria by spending the early evening at The Gallery Bar.
With another memorable experience under my belt, I think I can sum up three things you will enjoy doing at this happenin’ hotspot.

The Gallery Bar is designed with comfort and style in mind, creating the perfect ambiance for you to relax and socialize. As you step into the bar, you’ll be greeted by a chic, modern interior that exudes warmth and elegance. Plush seating and windows that look out into the bustling ADB Avenue set the stage for a cozy evening, making it an ideal spot to unwind after a hectic workday. The highlight of the area, of course, is the bar which houses an impressive collection of spirits that will be made into various thirst-quenching concoctions. Its intimate setting encourages both quiet conversations and vibrant gatherings, making it a versatile space for various occasions.

March celebrates Women’s Month with the elegant Amethyst Swill while April brought a refreshing twist with a trio of Summer Drinks – the Trinidad Cobbler, Cucumber Gimlet, and Raspchee Collins – all expertly crafted to evoke the essence of summer and offer a delightful experience.
During our visit in the last days of June, my friends and I joined in on the Pride Month celebration with the Pride Cocktail’s vibrant, festive flavors.
Whether you’re in the mood for classic cocktails such as an Old Fashioned, a Martini or a Margarita, or you’re game for a new cocktail invention, you can be sure that The Gallery Bar’s mixologists can stir it up for you.
3. Savoring delicious bar chows
No night out is complete without delicious food, and Gallery Bar delivers on this front with a menu of delectable bar chows.
The Truffle Wild Mushroom Soup (Php275) is a comforting must-try, featuring a rich blend of oyster, button, and shiitake mushrooms, complemented by crispy sesame pretzels.
For a savory treat, the Hot Cheese Dip (Php445) combines Parmesan flatbread with local chorizo and a blend of cheeses, served with fresh spinach, lettuce, and arugula.
The Margherita Pizza (Php675) offers a classic choice with its tomato sauce base, melted mozzarella, fresh tomato slices, and basil.
And if you’re in the mood for a little crunch, the Crispy Chicken Fingers with Gravy (Php290) served with French fries are a satisfying option.
