Your workday might feel like a drag but your lunch break doesn’t have to be the same. That glorious hour brings you not just a respite from work, but also an opportunity to indulge your cravings for Japanese food. And if you work in or around the Ortigas Central Business District, you’ll definitely be glad to know that Ginza Ortigas has developed a special lunch menu just for you.
Modern Japanese dining spot in Ortigas
Located at the Ground Floor of the Agustin Building along F. Ortigas Jr. Road (formerly known as Emerald Avenue) in Ortigas Center, Ginza Ortigas would be a short walk away for many of Ortigas CBD’s denizens.
It boasts of a modern and minimalist Japanese aesthetic that provides an elegant yet comfy atmosphere where a delicious midday repast can be thoroughly enjoyed. Friendly and attentive staff are also always on-hand to assist with requests and menu queries.
Classic and fresh takes on Japanese food faves
Since it opened its doors in 2022, Ginza Ortigas has been serving up tasty Japanese dishes, painstakingly prepared using classic Japanese cooking techniques and high-quality ingredients. Whenever you get that hankering for Japanese food, these are always sure bets!
New Teishoku Sets for power lunches
Just in time for its third anniversary, Ginza Ortigas, led by its general manager Jay Periquet and executive chef Kengo Tomita, brings fresh and filling ways for its new and loyal clientele to enjoy their lunch break: Teishoku sets!
Teishoku are pre-set meals comprised of a selection small Japanese dishes, usually including a main dish of meat or seafood, a bowl of steamed rice, miso soup, a side salad, a small serving of pickles and dessert.
These meals are perfect for lunch breaks from the office as these are quick to prepare and serve, provide a well-curated selection of dishes that go well together while adding up to a well-rounded, nutritionally balanced meal, while giving diners great value for money. Plus, teishoku sets mirror the way everyday meals are served in Japan, giving you an authentic peek into Japanese food culture.
Plus, here’s another piece of good news: From September 15 to October 15, 2025, you can enjoy these Teishoku sets for just ₱650 each.
Ginza Ortigas serves its Teishoku sets Mondays to Fridays from 11am to 3pm. Be sure to come early, though, as only a limited number of sets will be served. (Note: These delicious sets are unfortunately not available during weekends and holidays.)

Want to sip on something during or after your meal? Ginza Ortigas serves refreshments that complement your Japanese lunch.
Fruit juices or shakes to sweetly wrap up your midday repast.
Coffee- or tea-based drinks to perk you up for the rest of the day.
Clearly, your lunch break is too precious to waste, so be sure to spend it at Ginza Ortigas.
