MOS Burger introduces mouthwatering breakfast items

Start your day right with MOS Burger’s delicious selection of breakfast items. They are available for dine-in, pick-up, and takeout at its Robinsons Galleria store from 8am to 11am.

To ensure the health and safety of its customers and employees, MOS Burger observes the strictest health and sanitation measures. It is implementing a modified seating arrangement, with sticker guides to ensure physical distancing; having acrylic partition tables in place; and constantly disinfecting work and dining areas.

On its breakfast menu are Japanese French Toast Sandwiches together with three of its popular burgers.

The MOS Japanese French Toast Sandwich is available in spam and bacon, while burger selections include the well-loved MOS Cheeseburger, Yakiniku Garlic Rice Burger, and Natsumi Yakiniku. You can order them a la carte or as part of a breakfast set.

Free Coffee on Breakfast Sets

All the breakfast sets come with complimentary coffee. Customers can choose between the MOS Cafe Drip Coffee (hot or cold) and MOS Cafe Au Lait (hot or cold) for their free coffee.

For an additional PhP10, they can also have the MOS Cafe Cocoa (hot or cold) or premium iced tea to go with their breakfast set.

Delicious Side Dishes

Apart from the breakfast sets, MOS Burger also offers its delicious MOS Fries, Sweet Potato, and Karaage on its breakfast menu.

Bottled water, softdrinks, and orange juice are likewise available to order.

John Legend’s new album, Bigger Love celebrates Black Culture and Pride

Multi-platinum artist John Legend is slated to drop his sixth studio album, Bigger Love on June 19 (Friday) via Columbia Records.

On a lengthy Instagram post, the Emmy, Golden Globe, Oscar, and Tony (EGOT) winner reveals that Bigger Love was written and produced prior to the COVID-19 pandemic and the #BlackLivesMatter protests happening around the world. According to him, the upcoming album is a “celebration of love, joy, sensuality, hope, and resilience” and an important showcase of what makes black culture so influential and empowering.

“It’s important for us to continue to show the world the fullness of what it is to be black and human,” John Legend takes pride. “Through our art, we are able to do that. I’m under no illusion that music can save the world or solve the world’s problems, but I’ve always turned to music to help me through tough times and I know many of you have done the same.”

His new album, Bigger Love features 16 soulful, R&B-laden, and pop-influenced tracks, and includes guest spots and collaborations with Gary Clark Jr., Jhene Aiko, Koffee, Rapsody, and Camper. It is executive produced by Raphael Saadiq—the award-winning neo-soul artist who co-produced two of the most critically acclaimed albums of the last two decades: Solange’s A Seat At The Table and D’Angelo’s Voodoo.

The All Of Me singer-songwriter dedicates his upcoming record to his wife, his family, and “the rich tradition of black music that has made me the artist I am.”

The album’s focus single is “U Move, I Move,” a duet featuring Jhene Aiko. With its velvety harmonies, lush arrangements, and an inescapable chorus, the R&B slow jam embraces the emotional range and vulnerability of both artists, taking listeners to a place of romantic high with just the right amount of warmth. Upon hearing the track, Legend’s wife, multimedia star Chrissy Teigen tweeted, “One of my favorite ones is one with @JheneAiko. Why don’t u guys just get fuckin married.” The tweet has racked up more than 40,000 likes and a thousand retweets.

Pampanga’s favorite cheesebread, now in the metro!

Pampanga is famous for its cheese bread and rightly so!

Ever since I had my first taste of this tasty pastry during a trip to Pampanga a few years ago, I have been craving for it. Each piece has a lovely mix of milky, sweet and salty flavors from the soft and fluffy bread to the fragrant sugary cheese streusel topping. When served still warm from the oven, it gives off a an appetizing cheese-y smell which will beckon you to bite into it again… and again… and again.

Hindi mo pagsasawaan, as we Tagalogs say.

For a while I thought I will only get to taste this delicacy when passing through Pampanga on the way to Bataan during our family’s yearly Holy Week trip to my dad’s hometown, or when I’m lucky enough to have friends passing through the area buy a box (or two!) for me.

Well, imagine my delight when the heavens listened to my pleas and has now made this Pampanga favorite available in the metro!

LBS Bakeshop, formerly known as Apung Gari Bakery & Kiosk, is where Pampangenos go for a taste of the original cheese bread since it started operations in 1955. Dubbed “Sweet Origins”, the handcrafted ice cream company is venturing into ice cream cakes, with 3 initial flavors – its signature flavor, Tres Leches made with condensada, carabao’s milk and coconut milk paired with a vanilla cake, Choco Lovin – a dark chocolate delight made with Batangas tablea punctuated with choco chips, matched with chocolate cake for that full dark chocolatey experience.
